U.S Beef is standing out among competitors because of its unique grain-fed, well-marbled taste, according to Joe Schuele, VP of communications with the U.S. Meat Export Federation, based in Denver.
“We feel like we have a unique product,” he told American Cattle News. U.S. beef is seeing more demand in the Asian culture where they are buyting more thicker and larger cuts in Japan, Korea and Twain.
