The company began as the Texas Federation of Dairy Herd Improvement Associations, Inc. The idea began at Texas A& M University in College Stat

The company was renamed to the Texas Dairy Herd Improvement Association, Inc. in 1975. After several years of success, the Texas DHIA moved to Stephenville. The main office and lab moved to the West Texas A&M University. Spokesperson Beth Bonjour joined us on American Cattle News to tell us more.
