“We’re really gearing up for tax reform,” says Colin Woodall, VP of Government Affairs for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA). “Because that is what we expect the House to pick up when they get back from their August recess this fall.”
NCBA and other agriculture groups are pushing for tax reform because of the burden on ranchers and farmers.
