The National Cattlemen’s Beef Association and the Public Lands Council stand in full support of modernizing and streamlining the Endangered Species Act, which hasn’t been reauthorized since 1988.
“We’re hoping we get a bill out of them the next few months that memorializes the spirit of what we talked about in those sessions…the last two years,” reported Ethan Lane, executive director of the Public Lands Council with the NCBA federal lands program.
