California is a diverse state with 37 million people, but not very many produce food. Dr. Tom Talbot is a beef producer and livestock veterinarian from Bishop, California. He says he’s fortunate to have a small vet practice and a cow ranch. Talbot is also a member of the California Cattlemen’s Association. Listen to Tom’s comments here:
